  1. Good post. I learn something new and challenging on sites I stumbleupon on a
daily basis. It will always be exciting to read through content from
other writers and practice something from their sites.

  2. I seriously love your blog.. Great colors & theme. Did you develop this site
yourself? Please reply back as I’m looking to create my very own website and want to find out where you got this from or what the theme is named. Appreciate it!

  3. Kia ora Ian,
Nice to see you out on a hikoi today. So this is your blog, ka pai. The subjects are very interesting: the community garden, the Hihi, and Bastion Point. Our local kura has a matariki celebration. We get a lot of people up the maunga at 6pm for a waiata. Very spiritual to be up on the hill. Next year I will try to remember to remind you. Keep up the goo mahi Ian….very impressive

    • Thanks Paul your comments are encouraging. The topics sometimes feel a tad ‘hokey’ – but but the very ordinary events are the gristle of life and history. One fear historians have of the electronic age is that electronic pulses on widely flung magnetic disks are too ephemeral compared to paper. Hopefully, stuff like this blog might just survive.
